Rick Norden, Certified Residential Contractor

With more than 10 years of residential construction experience, Rick brings a wealth of knowledge to Priority One Homes Team. Rick provides pre-and-post purchase guidance on potential inspection pitfalls and assists clients with referrals to qualified and experienced vendors who are able to remedy issues before they become the source of contract failure. In the early 1990’s, Rick was in carpentry and painting until he joined U.S. Home as a Residential Builder in the 1998.

In 2000, Rick was recruited to join Cambridge Homes and over the course of his five years with the company, built more than 300 homes and earned a multitude of awards for his commitment to quality building and exceptional customer relations and communications with buyers. In 2005, Rick was again recruited, this time by Signature Homes, a custom home builder in Lake Mary. In 2006, Rick made his long-term dream of owning his own company a reality and earned his Certified Residential Contractor’s license and opened Priority One Homes, LLC, a residential construction and home renovation company.

Rick is still the active owner of Priority One Homes, LLC, is now the Team’s “go to guy” for reputable resources who offer needed services such as painting, roof replacement, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, flooring replacement and more. Rick’s years of construction experience and his easy-going nature are a true asset to the Team!
